Why my Mac IDE does not show the Certificate icon?

I just downloaded the tizen-wearable SDK for Mac and installed everything.

Even though I was able to run my apps in the emulator, I wasn't able to run them in my Gear S device.

The errors are always regarding the certification. I tried to look for tutorials but they mention a certificate icon the in the IDE, which mine doesn't have. My IDE shows only TIZEN IDE, and not Tizen Wearable IDE. Why is that?

How do I generate a certificate now?

Hi.

In case of Gear S, you need to use below SDK version.

https://developer.tizen.org/fr/downloads/tizen-sdk#wearable

Hello,

You can generate certificate and register certificate in IDE options: Window -> Preferences -> Tizen SDK -> Security Profiles

I had the same issue. You need to install " Certification Extension " from extras in update manager
