Installed tizen 3.0, but I can not install the certificate

Help me please. Installed tizen 3.0, but I can not install the certificate. I click finish, it seems to be loading first, and then returns to point 2, the third point does not pass. When creating a certificate samsung error. Device Manager does not open. What should I do?

I am experiencing a similar problem. When I click Finish, Windows briefly opens a progress bar, showing that the author certificate is being created, but the progress bar window is quickly closed, and I am returned to the Step 3 page. Clicking Finish again repeats the process. I do not seem to be able to generate a Certificate Profile at all.

I was able to successfully create a certificate by following the steps posted by Daniel Ramirez Guerrero in this thread:

For some reason, the process is failing while creating the Author certificate. If you install the Samsung Certificate extension from the Package Manager, and create a Samsung author certificate, you may use that author certificate in your Tizen certificate package, and the process will complete as expected.

Looks like this has been addressed with the Tizen Studio 3.1 release - at least I can create a new author certificate, but I am not sure how I can re-use the existing key (as I believe that is important for updating existing apps).

Is this related to the issue I seem to be having now: I can start the request for a Samsung cert, and create or re-use an author cert from a previous install, but anytime i try to get the dev cert, it asks me to log into my samsung account. Which i can do - but I dont see the "captcha" on the login page - and after i log in i get a page of XML {"access_token": blah blah "closedAction":"signInSuccess"} - with no buttons or means to accept anything. Closing the box takes me back to the cert page and clicking next makes me log in again... so i can never get the dev cert last step completed.

I tried installing the watch designer as well on the same system (its a completely new win10 install, as of 4 days ago, with only java and Tizen Studio 3.1/watch designer installed). The same thing happens.. trying to use my author cert works, generating a new author cert works, but the dev cert returns a page of XML access token text with no way to move forward.

Generating a tizen cert in the Tizen studio works, but i cant use that to deploy in watch designer.  I've tried creating a new Tizen account as well.. and throwing the date backwards.. no luck.

I did have to alter the java paths to get watch designer to work.. it does not like the path to the 64 bit java. Of course, if i do that, Tizen studio wont start... I am thinking i might toss the entire install, rebuild windows, and install just 32 bit java jre/jdk's...
