Tizengram, Instagram*-Style Camera App From Japan

Tizengram is an application based on HTML5 that was introduced during the Tizen Developer Lab hosted by Intel in Japan. This open source camera-based application that relies on HTML5 APIs for the Tizen device was made by the developer Satoru Hashimoto.

Just like Instagram, Tizengram enhances the photo processing features of the smartphone's camera with a range of effects such as Retro, Vintage, Sepia and Greenish. Results of the photo editing application created with Tizen SDK 2.2 can then be shared to social networking sites such as Twitter.

Open source code of the application can be seen in Tizengram github repository here . Tizengram application can be downloaded from Google Drive here .

Intel in collaboration with the local developer community, such as HTML5 Caravan, has held a series of  Tizen Developer Lab and Hackathons in various cities in Japan such as Tokyo, Nagoya and Fukuoka. In addition to providing an overview of the operating system (OS) Tizen, Tizen SDK, STORE Tizen and HTML5 application development environment for Tizen to developers in Japan, these events are also expected to foster a variety of new or ported applications for Tizen devices.
