Monique Virgilio describes herself on her blog as a Creative Digital Solutions Leader and has written a short article cataloging her experiences at her first hackathon, which was our recent Tizen event in Brooklyn at the HugeInc co-operative workspace.

This event, and her experiences are reasonably typical of the events we are holding in the US. Our hackathons in Paris and Madrid seem to have more champagne, judging from the twitter posts but the quality of the apps seem equivalent.
