Not able to install tizen SDK software

When trying to install Tizen SDK software, I am getting the following error :

Warning :
This computer meets the requirement for HAXM, but
EPT is not supported
Please refer to the intel HAXM documentation for more information

Hi,
just fyi: I was able to install Tizen SDK and launch emulator after on pc without haxm support but it worked very slowly.
