Can't install web-application on remote device (windows)

tizen install -n tizen.wgt -t UE40KU6000 - returns an error:

hi, Please create Certificate properly if you have not created already. Sync the time of your Development machine and Device. 

To create certificate follow https://developer.tizen.org/development/tizen-studio/web-tools/managing-projects/certificate-registration

And to run app on device, use Wifi method. follow this http://developer.samsung.com/gear/develop/testing-your-app-on-gear
