Missing sap.h in Tizen SDK 2.3.1

I am planning to develop a application over Android and a smartwatch using Samsung Accessory Protocol. I tried to run some samples like HelloAccessory and FileTransfer, but I got an error (fatal error: 'sap.h' file not found) while building. Does anyone know how I can find/download this file?
