Recieve message on Gear S2 3g Version

Hello ,
I am working on a Standalone tizen web app for Gear s2 3g version where i need to read messages tp respond back to the server with some data. i am not able to get any information or APIs to read message in any blog.
Can someone have any idea about reading the message in Gear S2 (3G) version ?
or Is it possible or not?
