Tizen reference device performance

I have flashed the reference device with a recent 2.0A snapshot image ( 7th november ) and followed the instructions here https://source.tizen.org/documentation/developer-guide/creating-images#install-mali-ddk

to install the Mali DDK; However even a minimal webGL test ( single rotating triangle) runs at only a few frames per second, which would suggest that rendering is being done in software. Canvas based apps (without webGL) run slightly faster, but not much. 

Is everyone seeing this level of performance, or is it a problem with my installation? If so can anyone suggest a solution?

Hi Alan, I've run into the same problem as well. The graphics drivers are not optimized on these software developer platforms. Hopefully, this will bed fixed when future handsets are released.
