Remaining non-open source components within Tizen SDK?

I understand that the OSP runtime was dual-licensed as Apache (as well as Flora) fairly recently (perhaps at the 2.2 Mobile profile SDK release)?
What remaining non-open components are still present within the SDK? Thanks!
