Push notification delivery issue

Hi Samsung Team,

We are an operator partner in India (Jio). Samsung Team has developed JioCinema, JioMusic, JioXpressNews & JioTV apps.

JioCinema sent a notification on the 25th Jan for the movie Rang De Basanti & today (31st Jan) we tried to send a notification for the Naagin 2 TV Show.

 

Details:

1)Notification 1

Rang De Basanti movie: Watch now!

Naagin 2: Watch Without ADS

While testing the notification, Naagin 2 notification worked fine and played on two test devices. However, on sending the final notification, we received the Rang De Basanti notification again. 

Can you please check this at server end & let us know what went wrong with the notification delivery?

My suggestion would be to contact Tizen push service team, You might find some information from them.
