Connect to other Bluetooth LE devices?

With a device like one of the new Samsung Gear 2 devices, can you connect to another BLE devices like a heart rate monitor, SPO2 meter, blood pressure cuff, etc. and read its data? I work with two different wearable device companies developing Android (4.3+) apps that connect to their devices and collect data from them. I need to know if this is possible with Samsung Gear 2 via the Tizen SDK?

Hello,

You need to use Samsung Mobile SDK and SAP.

Low level ble api are a must. If I knew this was a limitation I would not have bothered with the platform at all. You must know communication to other ble devices directly is desirable for proximity based solutions? Please open up this api!
