Application doesn't start on Gear S3 with os 3.0.0.1

Hi all,

With our app we've one important issue. On Tizen OS 2.3.2 the application works well but when we deploy the aplication on Gear S3 with Tizen Os 3.0.0.1 the application fails the boot and doesn't works. We collected the logs from device and from TizenIDE Console.

Could you help us on this problem?

The Device is GearS3(SM-R765) with TizenOs 3.0.0.1, the SDK is 2.3.2 and the IDE is TizenIDE 2.0

Only to be sure not mistype...You have LTE Version... with CQL1 or CQL4?

IMHO LTE Firmware not public...

 

And SM-R760 and SM-R770 "under construction"...

 

So it could be harder to compare, what nobody outside R&D have...

It's good that you have collected the logs from device and IDE Console. You should consider sharing 'the logs' or 'at least the part of the log relevant to your app' in this thread here. That may buy you some responses from developers on this forum.

Meanwhile ATT and Korean SKC etc... have Tizen 3.0.0.1 for SM-R765(ABCDED-Z) public available...

So in theory somebody could help and/or compare problem... if you post more details...
