[TV] Problem with the Tizen IDE

Hello everyone,
I am trying to install Smart TV based Tizen SDK 1.4 for a MAC, but When I open the IDE, I didn't find the emulator manager icon (please view the following screen-shot) :

I re-install it two times, but no result.
Any suggestions?
