User Certificate installation fails

Hai all,

Is it possible to install our own CA certificate in device .I have created a CA certificate with .CER format  and i tried to install but device not accepting to install the certficate but when i checked about phone option  in device there is a option like user certificates

Can any one solve this issue

Hello,

I think you should: 
- put requiring a certificate on sdcard 
- go to Settings -> About phone -> Certificates -> User sertificates 
- select Install

Hi,
Or you could try to perform next steps to put certificate onto phone's File system directly:
1) Switch phone to 'root' account mode 'sdb -d root on'
2) drag exported certificate file into /opt/etc/ssl/certs
3) reboot phone

i want to sign the application with my ca signed certificate to install the application by making changes at source code of tizen framework /osp installer and the application signed with tizen ca shouldnt be installed on the device

 

can you give me any idea on this
