Enable Tizen 3D acceleration on Windows

I'm curious how to enable Tizen 3D acceleration on device Ref.Device-PQ with Tizen 2.2  using Windows

I have transfer files via sdb command to the device, but I have not idea how to execute command on target device. I supose that it possible to use Bitvise Tunneler, but I can't get ip fo the device.

Resolved. Use spd -d -shell. Successfully updated on Windows
