webAPI not working on tizen on pandaboardES

Hi,
I downloaded the native port of tizen 2.0alpha for ivi-panda and booted the pandaboardES. When i try to run a webapp , it is running, Unfortunately none of the tizen API is working on the board. I have followed the standard procedure and built the filesystem from platform, data and UMS image files.
The application is running fine in emulator and is just a simple web app to print the time using tizen time api. It is not running on the board. What could be the reason?
