Could not find the target to launch. Please check target connection.

Hello,

i just created a new project and added a template, once i run it as tizen web application an error showed up with this message "Could not find the target to launch. Please check target connection.", i searched on internet and could not find anything helpful. i would appreciate your help

Hi,

I would suggest you to perform below command in such case.

 sdb kill-server

 sdb start-server

Check the connection explorer (under the project explorer) from your IDE. if it's empty, seems the IDE don't recognize the connected device, do action as above comments, also you can try one more action (restart the IDE).

I agree with Colin. This issue is that you have no connected (or detected) target (device) to launch your app.

When you didn't have connected to device or emulator and run application failed. The error message is displayed which you encounter.

Hello,

try to check the Connection Explorer (Window -> Show View -> Connection Explorer) in IDE. Probably, the IDE doesn't recognize your device. Try to restart your IDE.

But first you should connect your device (it will be shown in Connection Explorer view)

What is your OS and target?

 

If you are using the Windows OS, please install the samsung Driver.

If you are using the Z1, you need to turn on the USB debugging.

If you cannot find the USB debuggin, please let me know.
