Would you please mention your Tizen SDK version so that I can help you to fix the problem?

However, I have tested a sample app which requires internet connection, works well in Tizen SDK version 2.3.1. By default, you don't need to setup anything for internet connection in Emulator in Tizen SDK version 2.3.1. If there is no internet connection problem in your host device, the Emulator can use internet via the host device.

For your information, if you want to use internet in your developed application, you have to add internet privilege in config.xml of your project.

Please let me know more about your setup scenario.
