Did the Native Api has been remaded on 2.3?

i am looking at the samples of the 2.3 beta and they are VERY different from the 2.2 version...

1- do the 2.2 native API have been deprecated or somewhat?

2- where is the scenemanager / UI Builder?

3- if 1 is yes, where are the 2.3 API Docs
