2.0.1 Apps Are Unable To Start On Tizen 2.1 OS Devices

We got a Prototype Samsung GT-i8800 (Redwood) shipping along with Tizen 2.1 OS. But, unfortunately we could not start all the apps being built under Tizen SDK 2.0.1. I have two questions:

  1. Does anyone get the Tizen 2.0.1 apps intalled successfully on 2.1 devices?
  2. Does anyone download new Tizen SDK 2.1 at https://source.tizen.org/release/tizen-2.1?

First you need to flash 2.1 binary on device . In Tizen IDE, select manifest.xml file of your application. Now change API version to 2.1 After that build and run your application on target device. It will work without any issue. If you face any issue write back here.

You can use following link to download Tizen SDK version 2.1.. But make sure that your download is successful. When download complete check the size of downloaded SDK file size from given link. https://developer.tizen.org/downloads/tizen-sdk
