Tizen app for both TV and mobile ?

I want to make a streaming app which will work in both tizen TV and mobile.
I have majorly done native development only till now.
Is it possible to make native app for tv ?
Does tizen studio support TV app development ?
Please advice which SDK to download and how to proceed with this.
