Galaxy Watch can not reconnect to WiFi

Hi,

I have Galaxy Watch connected to WiFi.

It does not connected to the phone. I just use this watch to get the notification from web service.

The problem is once I leave the room and lost connection to my WiFi, the watch does not re-connect to the WiFi when I got back to my room.

It does re-connect when the time for the lost connection is short (for a few minutes)

But it does not re-connect when the time for the lost connection is long (for  hours)

Is this normal behavior? or is there any way I can have it re-connected to my WiFi after it lost connection for hours?

Thanks.

Harry

Hi,

But it does not re-connect when the time for the lost connection is long (for  hours)
=> When the watch wakes up from sleep, it has a scan period as shown below.
    - On Wi-Fi Setting screen: 16sec
    - Not on Wi-Fi Setting Screen: 16s, 32s, 64s, 128s, 256s, 512s, 1024s, 1800s
If it was not connected for a long time, it would not be connected immediately
because the scan period is 1800s.

Is this normal behavior? or is there any way I can have it re-connected to my WiFi after it lost connection for hours?
=> If you want to connect quickly, you can connect again in wifi setting or go to wifi setting screen.

Thanks,
