Video playback in the web application failed.

I played video repeatedly through the web app.

However, once playback has been completed, it can not be played anymore.

More specifically, the app did not crash, but it seemed that the 'canplay' event was not delivered.

 

I thought it would be a color primaries issue because the new encoding of the video did not cause any problems.

However, even the other videos created with the same color primaries did not cause any problems.

 

Please guide how to identify the cause.

I cannot sure which platform you are using.

But if it is "Familyhub" platform (Refrigeator), it could be a platform issue.

Not all videos get this issue, but some videos get crash when their play is completed (Web app only). I could not narrow down which videos were getting this trouble.

To avoid this,

1. Find videos which is not getting this issue. or

2. Use native app for video playing part. Native app does not have this issue.

I have the same issue, some videos play some dont, we get 1 playout then white screen using the URL Launcher.

at first i thought it was the streaming order but this was changed (Video 0 audio 1) but still not working, i have seen the same colour primaries mentioned above
