워치(Wearable)에서 부팅한 후에 흐른 시간을 알아낼 수 있는 방법이 있는지 알고 싶습니다.

워치를 부팅한 후에

지난 시간을 알 수 있는지 알고 싶습니다.

 

예를 들어

워치의 전원을 킨 후에

3시간 이후에 측정하면 3시간이라고 나와야겠지요

I think you can do it by a service application. Write a service application which will store the time imediately after the Gear boot. And the when you request it will get current time and compare with the stored boot time. 
For example,  you boot your time is 10.00 AM. Your service app will store it . At 1 PM you are going to check. Then it will compare 1 PM and 10 AM, and give you 3 Hours. Thats it :-)
