Getting an exception every time a tizen project is loaded into Visual Studo

This problem wasn't there from the very beginning. It looks like it started happening after one of the latest Visual Studio updates. I have Visual Studio 2019 16.5.4 now. The exception is marked as a recoverable but apparently something is wrong anyway. I tried to uninstall and then install Visual Studio Tools for Tizen back but that didn't help. Can anybody from Tizen team look into it?

I get the same exact problem. It indeed appears this error began with a recent update to Visual Studio.
