HD1080 TV virtual device stuck at "Booting the kernel."

On the Tizen Studio app, I have added the HD1080 TV device (Name=T-samsung-4.0-x86) in the Emulator Manager.
Whenever I launch it, the screen appears but gets stuck at "Booting the kernel." and do not progress further.
In the logs I see a Kernel panic - not syncing error.
I am on a Windows 7 x64 machine with Intel processor. However due to corporate restrictions, I'm not allowed to enable virtualization from BIOS or install HAXM driver.
(so my Emulator Configuration\HW Support settings are: CPU VT = OFF, GPU = ON)
I tried "Use host proxy" and "No proxy" settings but none of them worked.

Here's the relevant output:

I attached the whole emulator.klog file.
What can I do to mitigate this error?

CPU: Must be ON

GPU: Try On/Off both combinations

May check this relevant post: Emulator Won't Boot UP

Unless you have a High Config PC (With large RAM and powerful Processor), In Most common PC's specially with Windows OS, Emulators run really slow, sometimes even doesn't boot up. And even wIthout Intel HAXM accel, it would be tough in your case to operate. Anyways, Pleas try the CPU/GPU combination I suggested.

Thanks for the answer.

Unfortunately I cannot have CPU VT on, because I am not allowed to install HAXM driver on my machine (restrictions).

Interestingly though, I fell back to Tizen Studio 1.2 & TV SDK 3.0 and this combination runs smoothly.

You're Welcome. Thanks for sharing the way around, Might help developers stuck at same scenario.
