What is the final form of an programm? You might perform this tutorial, or at least a link to the already made?

I am a novice developer Tizen SDK. And it is quite difficult to move from the PC platform to mobile platforms, and even on another programming language. This is required by my job. I would be very grateful for your help, thank you.
