Tizen Studio 1.0.1 not working with TM1 Device

I am unable to deploy project 2.3 SDK based to the TM1 device.
The TM1 is 2.0.4b (Beta).

What i think is since my project is based 2.3 it should work. However it says that the device does not supports the project platform. Does that mean that the Tizen OS does not keep backward compartibility of API's ?

And why things work on The SAMSUNG Z2 device then ? they both are running Tizen 2.04 OS

Check your TM1 Tizen version again, Is it 2.0.4b (which you mentioned) or  2.4.0b ?

According to following release notes there are some  compatibility Issues between 2.4.0 Beta and 2.4.0 . Some API name has been changed or removed in 2.4.0. Read the segment titled  "Compatibility Issues Between 2.4.0 Beta and 2.4.0" from the following link

Well it mentions '2.4.0b' sorry i wrongly mentioned '2.0.4b'.

Also if i am not using the API's that may be depricated is secondary. Since by just creating a new app from the template, or a sample app must deploy on the device first. 

I do not understand as to whats the problem. If I have a device OS 2.1 and my project target 2.3 it wont deploy. Thats fine. However my project is targeted 2.3 and it does not gets deployed on TM1 '2.4.0b' strange.
