Windows Tizen Studio does not open when clicked. Everything else works.

Really weird error happening. I can open package manager and install various versions. I can open emulator manager. I can open device manager.
but when I click on TizenStudio or close Package Manager and get it to automatically open, nothing happens. No error codes no load sign just nothing at all.
Using Windows10 JDK 8.
Any ideas?
