Can't install app due to SIGNATURE_VERIFICATION_FAILED error 23

I have been successfully building Tizen wearable apps for a while. Suddenly I am unable to install & run apps. For all apps I get this error when trying to install:

processing result : SIGNATURE_VERIFICATION_FAILED [23] failed

I checked the device logs with "sdb dlog" and noticed this:

W/CERT_SVC( 2692): OCSPCertMgrUtil.cpp: getCertFromStore(97) > Error during certificate search
W/CERT_SVC( 2692): SignatureValidator.cpp: check(434) > signature1.xml has got unrecognized Root CA certificate. Signature will be disregarded.

Anyone know what I can do about this? I have already tried resetting the device and re-creating my author certificate and certificate profiles.

I expect you have already checked this Error Troubleshooting Guide in Tizen Wiki.

Tizen Wiki:

What I can Suggest is:

- Delete & Then Install/Update 'Samsung Certificate Extension' and 'Samsung Wearable Extension' from Package Manager > Extension SDK.

- Do the same for the Wearable Package you are using (For Ex: All packages under 3.0 Wearable).

- Then Create new Samsung Author & Distributor Certificate while your Gear is connected in IDE, Sign-in Using Samsung Account.

- From Device Manager (while your gear is attached) > Right click on Device Directory Explorer > Permit to Install apps

- Clean Project, Build and Run

 

If still the problem exists, Try launching IDE in a new WorkSpace and Create Certificates again.

In addition: Please set the Current Date & Time accurately on both your Wearable Device & PC.

How can i set date in Samsung Gear 2 Neo if i dont have Samsung Mobile? Is it possible?

As far as I know you can do that from the 'Settings'....
