[Wearable] Retrieve System background

Hi,

I've noticed that Tizen 2.3.2 on my Gear S3 has a new setting for the background. This image gets displayed in the background of widgets and other system apps. Is it possible to retrieve that background image s.t we can use it as background in our own apps too?

Hi~
I didn't find anything different from Gear S2. Can you please share a image of that ?

Hi, I've just got an update for the gear s2, now both, the gear s2 & gear s3 support this feature. Navigate to settings->design->background or see attached screenshots (sorry its german). The selected image is then the background on all homescreen widgets but also the circular selector features this background and i'd like to show the selected background in my app too.

As per my knowledge, i didn't find this background in gear. You can check API 2.3.2. If you don't find, you can make your custom background by CSS and background image.

It is definitifely there, I've checked on multiple Gear S3 and Gear S2 devices, I can only assume that you have a Gear S2 with Tizen 2.3.1 instad of 2.3.2. Of course I can make my own backround, but that not the point. I though it would be consistent to use the system background but that seems not possible (as usual).
