tv error closed when launching app

I installed tizen studio 2.4 with tv extension 4.0. When I would to launch application on the tv device it returns this error:

Launching myapp has encountered a problem

I created a Samsung certificate and tried to install tv extension 3.0 also, but the result is the same.

Can anyone help me?

# If you are trying to deploy the app on TV Emulator, then create a Tizen Certificate instead of Samsung Certificate. Then Clean the Project > Build > Run.

# Else If you are trying to deploy the app on real TV Device, In that case please check the Platform for your device from Samsung TV Model Groups and install required platform tools with the Tizen-Studio IDE. (If you don't see the exact model, search for similar models).

In case if your device is running on Tizen 3.0 or less, Check out this blog post to prepare development environment.

I am tring to deploy the app on real TV Device. My tv is a 2017 model and the platform is tizen 3.0.

Tv extension 3.0 doesn't exist anymore. I tried to check the bog that you linked to me but it doesn't work. 

can you help me?
