Is "Russia Tizen App Challenge" still active?

Sorry for non-tech question.

I'm wondering is Russia AppChallenge still active?

I've tried to contact with appsrussia@partner.samsung.com. No luck there.

I'm asking because there is no social activity about this event and Samsung Z was cancelled.

Я так-же писал на эту почту, дважды, никто не отвечает.

Я несколько обеспокоен организацией. Неясные правила, непонятно можно ли писать Hybrid приложения.

Надеюсь кто-то сможет прояснить ситуацию...

the challenge is active, but we are targeting only Gear2/3 now.

I've been developing app for this challenge and it is almost done.

Now rules have been changed and I can't use my app for gear 2/3 because it was developed for phone with big screen.

It is very disrespectful to developers to change rules when only one month left.

Dear Vladislav, 

over two months left, the deadline for submission is 17 November. We made it last longer.

If app designed properly you can change UI without changing logics and data layer and two months should be enough to do this.

The change of rules is made because Tizen SP will not hit Russia in the nearest future. 

We need to adapt to changed reality, there is no disrespect.

The prize money is actually the respect Samsung is paying to developers.

NB. Hybrid apps are not the option for Gear2/ Gear3 yet. But you can try to compile native code to JS and see if it works for you.
