How can I use Hebrew language when I develop web application? Is there any support for Hebrew? I didn't find hebrew in "select the locales".

Hi Currently there is no support for Hebrew language.

Who knows how to disable app restart when localization is changed?

No matter whether the methods are used:

- tizen.systeminfo.getPropertyValue("LOCALE", ---);

- tizen.systeminfo.addPropertyValueChangeListener("LOCALE", ---);
