Keeping WebInspector window open

Hi there, is there a way to keep the Chrome WebInspector window open between debug sessions?

Use case.
Modify line of code, hit run>debug project.
Problem: WebInspector window relaunches, after application is deployed on device and starts up again.

Currently there is no such feature available, kindly add bug in jira specifying as "Feature" requirement.
