Top window or button like “Assistive Touch” of iOS

Is it possible to create a top window or button, just like "Assistive Touch"(top small circle button) of iOS?

We can use it to replace "HOME" button or to be the quick entry of some functions.

You can use

int     efl_util_set_notification_window_level (Evas_Object *window, efl_util_notification_level_e level)

to sets the priority level for the specified notification window, asynchronously.

You can set window level

EFL_UTIL_NOTIFICATION_LEVEL_1
EFL_UTIL_NOTIFICATION_LEVEL_2
EFL_UTIL_NOTIFICATION_LEVEL_3

To use this API you should set privilege

Privilege:
    http://tizen.org/privilege/window.priority.set

Hi,
There is no ready widget, but you could try to create your own and use notification window with level 2 or 3 as it was proposed above.
