is it possible launcher app setting entry?

i develope Tizen 2.2.1 and build on that launcher.

i make custom launcher and i realization indicator menu.

for exam android indicator has some menu (wifi LTE bluetooth etc...) and if it click or long click launcher entry activity that can be more control menu.

i can make indicator menu , used QuickPanelFrame but . i didn`t know how entry Tizen launcher indicator menu and customize layout

i want entry that menu included box. but my app can on wifi or bluetooth but didn`t entry main launcher indicator menu.

and i want customize that layout but.. if i add quickpanelframe that position was redbox(text added)

If you mean how to show your own app (like quickpanel) over your apllication in 2.2.1

Maybe it could help.
But maybe I don't understand all details.
