Seems there is no way to remove that, but what's your requirement? You can add the many box with image button and this will not get the separater, for more you can refer the APP store sample.

I am afraid that you can't remove it in an easy way, it's the defualt genlist implment, also genlist don't provide such api. Also, I think it's a right way for a list widget to separater its sub-items, it's an user amity manner.

Possible, customize the genlist style can implement what you want, but I am not sure, I don't try it because of it's a big issue in my opinion. :)
