List of Tizen TVs with at least firmware 1400 (for dev mode)

I woud like to write Apps for Tizen.

I require a list of Tizen based TVs that support developer mode. I have attempted to purchase a Tizen based TV previously for testing, however it did not support developer mode due to a lower (not update-able) firmware.
