How to read Heart Rate Monitor using tizen from samsung gear fit 2?

Hello, i would like to access samsung gear fit 2, so i can get the heart rate,and etc. But i don't know, because i'm beginner,thank you. Please help..

Also there is an Web application sample app with SDK. Go to 

New Tizen Project --> Sample --> Wearable --> Web Application --> Sensor --> Heart Rate Monitor
