Cannot test on real device: Galaxy Watch 46mm

Hi all - pleeeease help : fighting for a few days now...

Have just "Hello world" testing app - successfully running on emulator ... when trying to  push to real watch - Certificate error :

 

Doing the same via SDB causes :

 

even "Permint to install applications" from Device manager causes :

 

certainly have my certificates Profile set (actually even did it twice ):

 

What am i missing ?!? what to do ?!?

Hi there, I have a similar situation with TStudio 3.3 and Galaxy Watch Active 2

certificate manager ok with all my IDs of real my real watch S , S2 and GWA2 ,

but when I try to install (RUN) app on device I see this errors :

What is means ? :

Device is not registered. Register this device first

For my old S2 have a bit different error, but still :
