Hi my name  is Jose I developed  a app to participate en competition Tizen app Challenge, but the trouble is I live in Mexico and my country no participate in competition. So My question is whether another person that live in USA could participate in my place with my app in TIzen app Challenge? 

Is there some problem with is situation?
