Is there a way to use Wi-Fi even though Bluetooth is connected with the phone?

I am now working on a Galaxy watch watchface app as a web app.

I noticed that the data transmition speed is very slow when the watch is connected to the phone via Bluetooth.

Is there a way to use Wi-Fi as a network bearer even though Bluetooth is connected with the phone?
