test IAP without real device

Hi

 How I could test IAP without real device  for web wearable or mobile?

for examle - In tizen studio, RLT

 I sometime have Gear 2 - bot I don't sure there 2.3.2 OS...

Some advices, tips... please..

How will you manage phone payment option in emulator?  Because it will need active SIM with balance for payment. 
In terms of Credit card payment it may be possible in emulator.
