Style HTML5 INPUT elements - Gear2 Tizen wearable

Hi!

I have an INPUT TYPE="TIME" (but TYPE="TEXT" acts the same) with a default white backgound. I'd like to give it a black background, like all the other widgets on the screen. I tried styling it but no chance!

Something as simple as:

.input-time {
    background-color: #000000;
    padding: 0;
}

The syle seems to affect only the font, its size, color, etc. And the height and width of the field. But I absolutely can't change background color.

Is it like this? I can't change it?

You can try

background-color: #000 !important;

But its not tested by me

Well, try to do this in css:

input[type=time] {

background: #000;

}

Also you can try to write : background: #000 !important;
