Video streaming and DRM protection

Anybody knows if developing in C++ on Tizen we can use some DRM protection (Widevine, PlayReady) for video streaming? How is the HLS or SmoothStreaming support?

I don't know a lot about DRM but these guys seem to have a solution (PDF)
