"unable to install this file.the file format is invalid" for tizen 2.3 native application

Project->Run As Native Application then application will be installed in device and it running properly without any issuse.

If i push the tpk file into samsung Z1 mobile and then try to install

I'm getting following error

"unable to install this file.the file format is invalid"
