store app link and reviews

Hi

I'm trying to add a typical "like us? please write a review" link and also the "there is a newer version of the app available, please download it" link. But i can't find any way to do this, no link whatsoever I can find. How do we point to the review section or the app section when there is a new version so they can download it?

Please define your store...

?

Tizen Store for Mobiles or Wearables... 2 different Store... TV has also own store...

In theory all have deeplinks...
