I also have a problem uploading my apps. I cannot figure out how to sign my APK files to upload on device. This my sound kind of amateurish, but. I have made many apps, but just never had to sign them. Any help??

while uploading no selected device showing error

change config xml  <feature name="http://tizen.org/feature/screen.size.all"/>

With APK you cannot do anything on Tizen. Tizen use as container TPK, APK is used on Android.
